The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s Most Recent Statement on College Completion, Access, and Affordability

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation just released a new report that advocates establishing data-rich measures for college completion. These new measures aim to reduce time to degree, especially for non-traditional students; to support innovations in content delivery; and to decrease the cost to students of receiving a degree.
